针刺对中重度原发性痛经镇痛作用研究
Study of analgesic effect of acupuncture on patients with moderate and severe primary dysmenorrheal

Abstract
Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of acupuncturing at Shiqizhui(EX-B8) and other acupoints for patients with moderate and severe primary dysmenorrheal. Methods:Total 37 moderate and 44 severe primary dysmenorrhea patients were selected. They were all treated at multi-point group [ Shiqizhui (EX-B8) ,Ciliao (BL32) ,Diji(SP8) ,Sanyinjiao(SP6)] when sudden intense pain occurred,retaining the needle for 30 min. Visual analogue scale(VAS) values were compared in the time before acupuncture,in 5 min, 10 min,20 min and 30 min after needle insertion,as well as in 30 min,60 min and 120 min after needle withdrawal separately. Results:In 5 min after needle insertion,the immediate analgesia in multi-point group appeared and this effect was maintained in 120 min after needle. Conclution: During the attack of dysmenorrhea, multi-point acupuncture at Shiqizhui (EX-B8) and other acupoints has apparent immediate analgesia on moderate and severe primary dysmenorrhea and there is no apparent correlation with intensity of primary dysmenorrhea pain.关键词
