摘要

Abstract

The samples ( SDTA) showing typical symptoms of tomato yellow leaf curl disease were collected from protected tomato planting field of Taian, Shandong Province in spring of 2011. In order to identify the causal virus, the universal primers and the primers for full - length DNA - A gene amplification of gemini-virus were used to amplify the sample, and a 2 781 bp fragment of the virus complete genome was obtained. The sequence analysis showed the complete genomic sequence of SDTA had the highest identity of 99. 6% with tomato yellow leaf curl virus isolate of Anhui ( FN650807) , and the phylogenic analysis results indicated that SDTA belonged to Israel strain of the tomato yellow leaf curl virus.
