北冬虫夏草人工栽培条件的优化
Optimization on Conditions for Artificial Cultivation of Cordyceps militaris
摘要
Abstract
The conditions for artificial cultivation of Cordyceps militaris were optimized by single factor experiments and orthogonal test on main factors. The results showed that the best medium for Cordyceps militaris cultivation was the rice medium; the best inoculation amount was 20 ml; the optimum temperature for my-celia and fruiting body growth were both 21 ℃ , and the best lighting time was 14 hours per day.关键词
