Effects of Trichoderma koningii and Phanerochaete chrysosporium on Degradation of Rice Straw
摘要
Abstract
The influences of Trichoderma koningii and Phanerochaete chrysosporium on degradation of rice straw were studied, and also the degradation rules. The results showed that the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in rice straw degraded rapidly in the early 28 days and then slowed down. The effect of compound application of Trichoderma koningii and Phanerochaete chrysosporium was the best, and in 70 days, the cellulose was degraded by 38. 18% , while hemicelulose and lignin were degraded by 53. 99% and 33. 91% respectively.关键词
