摘要

Abstract

The experiment was carried out to study the variation rule of moisture in Chinese cabbage seeds of Tianjinlii with different initial moisture content under different store temperatures and relative humidities. The results were as follows. If the seeds with the initial moisture content as 4. 6% , the moisture showed the change of desorption when stored at 4℃ and RH <50% , or 20℃ and RH =0, but showed the change of moisture absorption when stored under the other treating conditions. If the seeds with the initial moisture content as 8% , the variation of moisture showed as desorption when stored at - 20℃ and RH <25% , 4℃ and RH <50% , or 20℃ and RH <50% , but showed absorption when stored in the other treating conditions. If the seeds with the initial moisture content as 12% and stored in the condition of RH <75% , the seeds showed the change of desorption, whereas, the other treatments showed the change of absorption. The equilibrium moisture content of Tianjinlii seeds with the initial moisture content as 4. 6% was higher than the safe moisture content (9% in North) under the condition of - 20℃ and RH > 50% , 4℃ and RH >73% , or 20℃ and RH >69%. It was the same if the initial moisture content was 8% and the seeds were stored at -20℃ and RH >50% , 4% and RH >67% , 20℃ and RH >67% , and if the initial moisture content was 12% and the seeds were stored at -20℃ and RH >60% , 4℃ and RH >71% , 20℃ and RH >73%.
