摘要
Abstract
With 1 ~ 2 - year - old branches as materials, the effects of different cuttage time, lignifica-tion degree of explants and plant growth regulators on cutting rooting of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver were studied in this paper. The results showed that IBA, NAA and ABT used alone could induce the cuttings rooting. The rooting effect was better after treated with 150 mg/L ABT for 2 hours, and the rooting percentage reached to 96. 36% with the mean root number as 11. 6 and the root length as 17. 32 cm. Semi - lignified cutting wood was the optimum explants, and was suitable for cutting from June to July, then the rooting rate could reach to 96.20%.关键词
