Application of Zinc Finger Nuclease in Animal Transgenic Research
摘要
Abstract
Zinc finger nuclease (ZFN) is a kind of artificial synthesis containing zinc finger protein and the shear structure domain of Fok I endonuclease. Because it can specifically identify and cleave DNA sequences and easily be designed, it is used for the site - directed genetic mutations and integration of exogenous genes. This technology has been applied to the research of transgenic animals. In this paper, the research progress of zinc finger nuclease technology and its application were reviewed, and its application prospect was also forecasted.关键词
