急性髓性白血病患者外周血Notch信号相关基因的表达变化及意义
Expression and clinical significance of Notch signal pathway associated genes in patients with acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of Notch signal pathway associated genes in peripheral blood of patients with acute myeloid leukemia ( AML) and investigate their clinical significance. Methods Fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (FQ-RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression level of Notchl mRNA, Delta4 mRNA, Jagged2 mRNA and HES1 niRNA among the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) from 30 cases of initial treatment AML( initial treatment group) , 30 cases of AML complete remission (remission group) and 24 healthy donors (normal group). Results The expression of Notchl mRNA, Delta4 mRNA, Jagged2 mRNA and HES1 mRNA in initial treatment group was significantly higher than that of normal group( all P <0.05). HES1 mRNA in remission group was significantly higher than that of normal group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Expression of Notch signal pathway associated genes in AML is higher then that of normal control, the detection of which in peripheral blood will be helpful to the diagnosis of AML.关键词
