NQO1基因C609T、C465T多态性与子宫内膜癌易感性的关系
Correlation between NQO1 gene C609T, C465T polymorphisms and the risk of endometrial cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the association of quinine oxidoreductasel (NQO1) C609T and C465T gene polymorphisms with the risk of endometrial cancer. Methods NQO1 C609T 和 NQO1 C465T genotypes were analyzed by pol-ymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method in 209 endometrial cancer patients (observed group) and 209 frequency-matched control women (control group) , allelic genes were counted and its correlation with the risk of endometrial cancer was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the frequency of NQO1 C609T C/C in observed group decreased significantly, the frequencies of C/T, T/T genotypes and T allele increased significantly (all P < 0.05). No significant difference was found in allele frequencies and genotype distributions of NQO1 C465T polymorphism between both groups ( all P >0.05). While menarch age < 15, the frequency of NQO1 C609T C/C in observed group was higher, the frequencies of C/T, T/T genotype were lower than the control group (all P <0. 05); while premenopause, the frequency of NQO1 C609T C/C in observed group was higher, the frequencies of C/T, T/T genotype were lower than the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The NQO1 C609T gene polymoephism might be associated with endometrial cancer, and the T allele may increase the risk of endometrial cancer development.关键词
