冠心病患者PCI治疗前后外周血miR-92a的表达变化及意义
Change and significance of miR-92a before and after percutaneous coronary intervention treatment in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investgate the expression and significance of miR-92a before and after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) treatment in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Thirty-six patients with coronary heart disease (observed group) was divided into stable angina9 cases, unstable angina 9 cases, ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction 9 cases, non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction9 cases acrroding to the severity. All The patients were treated with PCI. Three healthy cases as control group was sleeted. The expression of miR-92a of these samples at different time (preoperative, postoperative 1 day, postoperative 5 days) was detected by the application of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR ( RT-qPCR). Results Compared with the control group, miR-92a expression level significantly increased with the severity in observed group (all P <0. 05) ; miR-92a expression level in observed group after PCI was significantly lower than that before PCI (all P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion miR-92a expression level in patients with coronary heart disease will increase with the severity, the treatment of PCI can decrease the expression of miR-92a in patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
