摘要

Abstract

In this paper, we examined the relationship between employees' proactive personality and medium perception of stock from the data of 20 IT firms in Shanghai, and the moderating effect of quantity of stockholding on this relationship. Statistics indicated a negative relationship between employees' proactive personality and medium perception of stock, the relationship was weak to those individuals who held more stock, but it was stronger for those who had little quantity of stock.
