Abstract
Evaluation of the effectiveness of technology progress in county region prompting the balance rural and urban development is very important, because it not only identifies the role of technology progress in county region prompting the balance rural and urban development, but also helps to develop science and technology policy. By Delphi method, this paper affords an index framework for constructing and evaluating technology progress in county region prompting the balance rural and urban development. At last, this paper uses this index framework to identify technology progress in Kun Shan city prompting the balance rural and urban development.关键词
