摘要
Abstract
The spirit of partnering theory is that the Partnering management can transform the traditional adversarial relationship into the cooperative relationship without regard to organization boundaries and it can make companies get more cooperative benefits . This paper builds the profit model between the contractor and the sub-contractor based on game theory. Not only was this model obtained the Nash equilibrium value which can make all the players gain the maximum cooperative profit, but also it was drawn the relativity of different earnings among players. In the end, this paper also give an example to prove this paper's conclusions . These conclusions have certain theoretical and practical significance.关键词
