角膜移植患者出院后用药依从性及其影响因素的调查
The influence factors of outpatients＇ medication compliance after corneal transplantation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status and influence factors of outpatients' medication compliance after corneal transplantation, and to provide scientific evidence for improving the patient compliance. Methods A total of 300 outpatients with corneal transplantation in our hospital were selected from October 2010 to February 2012. The status and influence factors of their medication compliance were investigated by questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 16.0. Results The rate of medication compliance was 67. 3% . The rates of medication compliance were higher in those who trusted more in their doctors, got more return visits and obtained more attention from their families. While those with more work/housework loading, and more impacts of disease on daily life or work demonstrated poor compliance. Conclusion Outpatients with corneal transplantation generally have high medication compliance. The nurses should enhance the education of them, start the family support system, and suggest regular follow-up to improve their medication compliance.关键词
