水稻抗纹枯病遗传研究中的鉴定与评价指标
Identification and evaluating indicators of sheath blight resistance of rice
摘要
Abstract
An F2 population including 286 individuals and a recombinant inbred lines population (RILs) consisting of 121 lines which derived from the F2 population were artificially inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani Kiihn,and then identification of their sheath blight resistances was carried out in different locations for several years. The correlation analysis showed that there were very significant positive correlations between the five indicators,or disease rating(DR),lesion length(LL),lesion height(LH),relative lesion length(RLL)and relative lesion height(RLH),indicating that all the 5 indicators could be used for evaluating the disease resistance.关键词
