Effect of egg inoculation with Indigo injection against Newcastle disease virus
摘要
Abstract
The inhibiting effect of Chinese tradition medicine Indigo injection on Newcastle disease virus was evaluated by chick embryo culture and hemagglutination(HA) test. The results showed that the Indigo injection had no toxic effect on chick embryo;The egg inoculation with both Indigo injection and virus allantoic fluid could completely inhibit the reproduction of Newcastale disease virus in chick embryo.关键词
