机制丝绵的精练和后整理工艺探讨
Explorer of the scouring and finishing technics of mechanism floss silk
摘要
Abstract
To improve the properties of floss silk products, this paper used scouring method instead of soap-alkali method in process, obtained the optimum three-step scouring and finishing technics of silk floss through the orthogonal test experiment, to ensure the strength of floss silk after scouring and finishing technics. The results showed the volume concentration of H2O2 was 10 mL/L, the mass fractions of degreasing TF-101BN, refining agent c-180 and softener TF-404A was 0.5 g/L, 0.04 g/L and 10 g/L respectively, the strength of floss silk after degumming was maximum.关键词
