摘要

Abstract

To develop the use of mulberry fiber in textile, 164 dtex ( 36S) mulberry cotton silk OE blended yarn appropriate for casual clothing fabrics is developed using mulberry fiber and cotton fiber, spun silk blended yarn and rotor spinning production technologies in allusion to the quality deficiency that mulberry fiber prepared in batch has a short length. This paper also introduces spinning technology design and technical measures. Practice shows that reasonable length distribution gradient formed through blending of mulberry fiber and other cotton staple fibers and the selection of rotor spinning production technology is helpful for weakening shortcomings of mulberry silk and expanding the application space of mulberry fiber in textile. The mulberry/cotton/silk (40/40/20)164 dtex blended yarn has evenness, full yarn body, gloss, few hairiness and good hygroscopicity and air permeability of natural fiber.
