Abstract
Europe, which has been taking a leading place in terms of service standardization theory and practice around the world, is not yet satisfied with the current situation. The European Commission has issued quite a few mandates in regard to service standardization,effectively organized and directed service industry standardization, ever since 2000. CEN awaits active echos,takes measures such as establishing committees for specialized techniques,compiles and publishes documents concerning service standardization,and subdivides service standards,and creates favorable environment on the purpose of accomplishing comprehensive standardization and sharpening its competitive edge of Europe service industry.The standardization activities of Europe service industry are rendered highly valuable for the construction of China service standardization system. 关键词
