摘要
Abstract
The policy on the inclusion of patents in CEN and CENELEC standard was developed based on the consensus of 32 national members of CEN and CENELEC, and is of extensive influence.This article reviewed the evolution of the policy on the inclusion of patents in CEN and CENELEC standard, analyzed the characteristics of present policy which was approved at the end of 2011, and revealed the potential significance of this policy, so as to provide some references for the development of relevant policies in China.关键词
