Abstract
With the implementation of the Guangdong Technical Standard Strategy, Union Standard as a strong starting point, its role has been gradually found expression in promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading.Union standard' s effect lack of qualitative and quantitative evaluation method to promote the role of industrial transformation and upgrading, which unable to reveal the value of Union standards.The importance of evaluation the Union Standard positive impact becomes more and more concerned.Union standards, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading Evaluation, initially established evaluation system, on the one hand, there is conducive to the outcome of the situation and evaluation of standardized test implementation, on the other hand will provide prospective and scientific basis for Union standard work planning, and while provide rationality and feasibility basis for decision-making.关键词
