摘要

Abstract

Because the traditional water resources assessment does not consider all effective water resources in water cycle and can not meet the requirements of modern water resources management, the water resources are classified into generalized water resources, specialized water resources, available water resources being used for national economy development and the available water resources being specially used for water quality of water function zones in this study. Taking a model which couples distributed hydrology model and artificial water balance model as analytical tool and precipitation as full aperture flux, the hierarchical assessment of water resources and the water quantity-quality assessment of available water resources for water quality of water function zones are achieved. Taking Tianjin as a case study, the water cycle in 1980—2004 is simulated and assessed.
