Construction Risks of Laos's Pak Beng Hydropower Project and Its Control
摘要
Abstract
The Pak Beng Hydropower Station is the first large-scale hydropower project developed by China Datang Group Corporation in Laos by BOT mode, and it will be constructed in 2012. Based on the actual conditions of Pak Beng project, the risks caused by BOT mode are analyzed. The controls and measures which are help to reduce or eliminate the risks in the construction and operation of project are studied to guarantee the achievement of investment objectives.关键词
