摘要

Abstract

The water quality assessment of reservoir is an important prerequisite for water resources management and decision-making. By introducing dynamic clustering idea and coupling projection pursuit method with dynamic clustering method, the projection pursuit dynamic clustering method is put forward for water quality assessment, and by finding the best projection direction based on linear projection of samples' impact factors and dynamic clustering method, a corresponding reservoir water quality assessment model is established. The case studies show that the model has some advantages, including the samples can be classified according to the preferences of the decision-makers on one or some indicators, there is no need to set parameters by subjective experiences and it is convenient and objective, when comparing with other traditional models.
