摘要
Abstract
The thermal-reversible crosslinking PVC was prepared by adding a kind of thermal-reversible crosslink agent into PVC resin through melt blending method. The effects of the dosage of thermal-reversible crosslink agent and crosslinking time on mechanical and thermal properties of PVC were investigated. The results show that: the thermal reversible crosslink agent can effectively improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of PVC product. The mechanical properties of PVC products reach to maximum value when the dosage of thermal-reversible crosslink agent is 3 phr, the vicat softening temperature increases by 4℃ . When the crosslinking time is 20min, the mechanical and thermal properties of PVC products are better, the PVC product has thermal reversible conversion characteristics.关键词
