摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the phenomenon that the sharp increase of pollutant discharge along with serious threat on the safety of the water environment during the leaping development of society and economy in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, it is put forward that pushing forward the mode of zero-discharges from the key industrial parks, popularizing eco-agriculture, establishing the monitoring and treatment countermeasures against possible pollution accidents, etc.based on the control of the total amount of pollutant discharge in accordance with the water environment status and evolution trend therein, so as to provide relevant references for solving water environment problems occurred in the zone scientifically.关键词
