干湿循环下膨胀土胀缩性能试验
Experimental study on swell-shrinking performance of expansive soil under wetting-drying cycles
摘要
Abstract
The repeated swell-shrinking tests on remolded expansive soils without loads are performed by means of compression apparatus and shrinkage apparatus. The results show that both the final expansion ratio and shrinkage ratio of specimens gradually decrease as wetting-drying cycles increase. The swelling deformation obviously decreases, while the shrinking one slightly decreases. The final height of the specimens has a tendency of decrease. The shrinkage coefficient continuously decreases and finally tends to be stable. The parameters such as absolute expansion ratio, relative expansion ratio, absolute shrinkage ratio and relative shrinkage ratio can rationally depict the swell-shrinking performance of expansive soil under wetting-drying cycles.关键词
