摘要

Abstract

In order to further increase the efficiency of microbial manufacturing process, a key step was to improve the microbial phenotype. Combined with the constraint-based algorithms,a genome-scale metabolic model provided a global platform for comprehensive, understanding, manipulation and optimization of the industrial strain physiological functions. In this paper,the reconstruction process of genome-scale metabolic model was firstly described. And then the principle,the classification, and the application of the constraint-based algorithms for the genome scale metabolic model were outlined. Furthermore, the prospective and the tendency of algorithms were given.
