摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize and establish the extraction conditions of total flavonoid from Holy Thistle. Methods The ortho gonal investigation was employed to test the effects of the four factors including concentration of alcohol, volume of alcohol, time and frequency of extraction on the total flavonoid contents in Holy Thistle. Results The optimum extraction condition was to add 6 times volume of 75% alcohol and to extract 3 times for 60 min each time. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology has higher efficiency for extracting and increasing the availability of Holy Thistle.关键词
