护士心理资本对工作倦怠影响的相关研究
Effect of psychological capital on job burnout of nurses

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationships between psychological capital and job burnout of nurses for improving the physical and mental health of nurses and reducing the degree of job burnout. Methods According to convenience sampling principle, 223 nurses from a military hospital in Xi' an participated in the study. They were investigated with psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ-24) ,the Maslach burnout inventory (MBI-GS) and the general questionnaire. Results Different education background nurses had different self-efficacy scores (F = 5.17,P<0. 01), and nurses with different professional titles had different self-efficacy and resilience scores(F=6. 17,P<0.01 ;F = 3.06,P <0.05). The dimensions of psychological capital were negatively correlated with dimensions of job burnout of nurses (P<0.05) .except between the self-efficacy dimension of psychological capital and emotional exhaustion dimension of job bumout( r = -0. 072 ,P =0. 316) . The psychological capital was significant negatively correlated with job burnout as a whole (P< 0.001). Conclusion This research outlines a strong relationship between psychological capital and job burnout of nurses. Psychological capital is a significant negative effect on job burnout.关键词
