Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of anatomical M-mode echocardiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods Anatomical M-mode echocardiography was taken in 599 cases of suspected coronary heart disease to observe the segmental motion abnormalities in the ventricular wall. Meanwhile, the consistency between coronary angiography and echocardiography in the diagnosis of different degrees and different parts of stenosis was compared. Results Anatomical M-mode echocardiography had a good consistency with coronary angiography in the diagnosis of Grade Ⅲ coronary stenosis ( K = 0. 804,P ＜0. 001 ). Also,anatomical M-mode echocardiography had a high consistency with coronary angiography in the diagnosis of stenosis in different parts of coronary artery( K = 0.761 ,P ＜0.001 ). Conclusion Anatomical M-mode echocardiography is a preferred noninvasive method in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and coronary angiography preoperative screening.关键词
