Abstract
Objective To investigate the morphological changes of metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow and its clinical features. Methods The clinical data of 47 cases of metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow were retrospectively reviewed. The morphology and the clinical features were summarized. Results Both laboratory examination and clinical manifestation of 47 patients were quite diverse, such as anemia,bone pain,fever and other performance. The incidences of lung cancer, stomach cancer and liver cancer were 19.15% , 17.02% ,14.89%,respectively. The cellullar morphology was typical,which was presented as large and round nuclear,clear nucleolus and bundle in the smear. Conclusion The clinical features of patients suffering from metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow are typical and diverse. The morphology of cells is typical, which has crucial significance for its diagnosis.关键词
