Abstract
Objective To explore the hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype distribution and expression of the peripheral T helper cell cytokines in patients with hepatitis C in Wuxi region. Methods Collected 186 cases of chronic hepatitis cpatients of the Fifth People's Hospital of Whxi from November 2010 to December 2011. HCV genotypes were classified by direct sequencing. Serum cytokines were detected by the method of EL1SA. The levels of IL-2,IFN-γ and 1L-4 in serum of 186 patients with chronic hepatitis C were detected. Results 186 serum samples from HCV infected patients were examined. The major HCV genotype in Wuxi were 1b (69. 9%) ,2a(21. 0%) and lb/2a (4. 8%). The levels of IL-2 (0.41 ± 0. 19 ng/L) and IFN-y(8. 01 ± 1. 25 ng/L) were decreased in HCV genotype lb patients and the level of lL-4(4. 48 ± 0. 83 ng/L) increased in HCV genotype lb patients compared with genotype 2a patients [1L-2(0. 64 ± 0. 16 ng/L) ,IFN-y(9. 16 ± 1. 17 ng/L) ,lL-4 (3. 72 ± 0. 45 ng/L)]. Conclusion HCV lb was the major genotype distributed in wuxi region. The imbalance of immune cytokines had correlation with the genotypes of HCV. HCV genotype lb with more serious clinical performance was associated with increasing Th2 cytokines and decreasing Thl cytokines.关键词
