摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the results of HbAlc detected by HA-8160 and DS5 production of ARKRAY of Japan and DREW of England, respectively. Methods The precision and carryover rates were evaluated. Blood samples of 40 patients were examined by HA-8160 and DS5. Results All the precision and carryover rates were within an acceptable range. There was no significant difference in the HbAlc results between HA-8160 and DS5,and the bias in two machines was within an acceptable range. Conclusion The precision and carryover rates were according with the damands of the experiments in clinical diagnosis. The HbAlc results detected by HA-8160 and DS5 were comparable which both could provide reliable datas.关键词
