摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the accuracy and precision of Cellavision DM96 in identifying all classes of leucocytes with reference manual differentials. Methods 40 random samples required a full microscopic differential count were selected, which were identified by DM96 and manual ways. Results Correlation coefficients were highest for segmented neutrophils and lymphocytes,which were respectively 0. 78 and 0. 76. Conclusion The Cellavision DM96 is reliable as a novel instrument and certainly has a place in the hematology laboratory where it should improve work efficient,which is worth of spreading.关键词
