2006～2011年福建省临检实验室室间质量评价数据分析
Data Analysis of External Quality Assessment of Clinical Laboratory in Fujian from 2006 to 2011

Abstract
Objective To grasp and improve the current status of the external quality assurance scheme (EQA) for clinical laboratory for the basic tests by analysis of the results of EQA. Methods Provided regularly the control materials to 360 EQA participants in 3 month and 9 month every year from 2006 to 2011. These laboratories measured them using their routine methods,then the results were returned. Calculated the average,coefficient of variation (CV) and pass rates of clinical laboratory tests at different levels and different groups of assaying system,and tested the pass rates with chi-square test. Results The pass rates of WBC, HGB,RBC,and PLT in complete blood count(CBC) were above 95% mostly from 2006 to 2011. But the CVof HCT in CBC was higher,and the pass rate was ranged from 70% to 80%. HCT and the other were tested each other with chi-square test (P<0. 05) ,they had significantly difference. The pass rates of PT,INR,APTT and FBG in blood coagulation tests in normal level were higher with the ranging from 89. 7% to 96. 4% ,while those in middle abnormal level were lower with the ranging from 80. 4% to 84% and the highest abnormal level were from 72. 4% to 74. 7%. The normal,middle and highest level of blood coagulation tests were tested each other with chi-square test (P<0. 05) ,they had significantly difference. The pass rates of Glucose, Bilirubin, Ketones, Protein and Nitrite in Urinalysis were above 90% mostly,while the pass rates of urobilinogen,blood and leukocytes were lower relatively. The pass rates of morphology examination were lower for the single cell or matter. Conclusion The HCT in CBC,the abnormal samples in blood coagulation tests and the urobilinogen, blood and leukocytes in urinalysis have higher CV. The pass rates of morphology examination were lower for the single cell or matter.关键词
