慢性心力衰竭患者血浆β-内啡肽及神经肽Y 水平与心功能的关系研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relation among plasma levels of β endorphin (β EP) ,neuropep tide Y(NPY) and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods, General informations of having been selected 84 cases of CHF patients and 120 healthy controls were collected on the study and collection of their peripheral blood early morning on an empty stomach ,the β EP and NPY concentration of 84 patients with CHF and 120 healthy controls were measured divided by radioimmunoassay. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cardiac output (CO)was measured with ALT 5000 echocardiography. Results: The plasma levels of β EP, NPY had no significant differences by gender and age (P>0. 05) in CHF patients,as well as in various causes of CHF (P >0. 05) . But plasma β EP, NPY levels had significant differences between CHF and control group. The plasma lev els of β EP,NPY were significantly higher than those healty controls according to NYHA functional classification. The plasma levels of β EP was positively correlated with plasma NPY level, and LVEF or CO was negatively corelat ed with plasma β EP , NPY level. Conclusions : The plasma levels of β EP and NPY with CHF patients changed with cardiac functional classification ,can be used as a reference to evaluate the severity of CHF.关键词
