卡前列甲酯栓在剖宫产术中预防产后出血的临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of carboprost suppository on reduction of postpartum bleeding in cesarean section. Methods: Cesarean section 400 cases randomly points the experimental group 200 examples and the control group 200 examples. Methyl:carboprost suppository was given by sublingually in the study group after delivery of fetus, meanwhile oxytocin was injected into the body of uterus. The amount of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery was measured. Results:The difference in the amount of bleeding between the two groups were significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion: carboprost suppository is very effective in reduction of postpartum bleeding patients underwent cesarean section.关键词
