自制中药膏与哈西奈德乳膏治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of self-made Chinese ointment(SMCO) and halcinonide cream(HC) in Leukoplakia Vulvae(LV). Methods: 167 cases of LV patients were randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B with 134 cases and 43 cases respectively. Patients in group A were treated with SMCO while patients in group B were treated by HC. The symptoms and signs as well as pathological changes pre- and post drug treatment in these two groups were observed and analyzed. Furthermore, in 16 patients in group A,the expressions of EGFR before and after drug treatment also were detected by the method of streptomycin avidin-peroxidase. Results:The rate of cure,efficiency and inefficiency were 75.4%,19.8% and 4.8% in group A and 4.9% ,61.0% and 34.5% in group B respectively,the difference was significant (P<0.01). No adverse reactions happened in both groups. The value of EGFR of the 16 cured patients in group A were 0.110 ± 0.018 and 0. 086 ± 0. 009 pre- and post treatment respectively (P < 0.01). Conclusions:SMCO may be an effective and safe drug to treat LV, which is also worth further study.关键词
