Abstract
Several 5A molecular sieves were synthesized by a hydrothermal method and used in the adsorption of liquid paraffin. The results showed that under the optimum crystallization conditions of crystallization temperature 85 V, and crystallization time 4 h, the adsorptivity of the 5A molecular sieves with n(Na2O) : n(H2O) 12 : 600 was the best with the static adsorption capacities of 0.082 g/g for w-decane and 0.148 g/g for n-pentadecane. The characterization results showed the large effect of n(Na2O) : n(H2O) on the crystal size of the 5A molecular sieves. High n(Na2O) : n(H2O) can lead to small crystal grains, but too high alkalinity may result in the metastable crystal collapse and the crystal pore blocking. The effects of the crystal microstructure on the static saturated adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of the 5 A molecular sieves are large. There are micropores and mesoporores on the 5 A molecular sieves with n(Na2O) : n(H2O) 12 : 600, so its static saturated adsorption capacity is larger. The adsorption rate increases with the increase of the specific surface areas of the 5 A molecular sieves.关键词
