Abstract
Mn-Na2CO3-γ-Al2O3 sorbent was prepared by doping MnO2 to Na2C03-γ-Al2O3 to improve its adsorption capacity for SO2 and NO. The effect of the improvement was examined in a fixed-bed flow reactor. The results show that the loading of MnO2 has an important effect on the adsorption capacity for SO2 and NO and the optimal MnO2 loading is 3%-5%(w). Compared to Na2CO3-γ-Al2O3, Mn-Na2CO3-y-Al2O3 keeps the same adsorbility for SO2 and NO but the optimum adsorption temperature is lowered from 90 ℃ to 20-50 X.. At 50 ℃, the adsorption capacities of Mn-Na2CO3-γ-Al2O3 for SO2 and NO are about 35.1% and 44.1% higher than those of Na2CO3-γ-A12O3, respectively. The addition of MnO2 leads to the increase of lattice oxygen, which can promote the adsorption of SO2 and NO on the surface of Na2CO3-γ-Al2O3.关键词
