Abstract
Objective To investigate the protection mechanism of anti-inflamation factor IL-4 for pulmonary embolism combined with lung injury (APTE) in rabbits. Method 30 health New Zealand the rabbits was randomly divided into three groups, each group with 10 rabbits, was used control group (saline) , foreign lower dose IL-4 group and foreign higher dose IL-4 group. ELISA method was use for examination serum IL-4, blood gas analysis and pathology analysis were performed after operation. Results 1. TNF-α and β IL-1 level was obviously decreased in foreign IL-4 intervention group compared with saline control group, 2. TNF-α and β IL-1 level was obviously decreased in high dose foreign IL-4 intervention group compared with lower dose foreign IL-4 intervention group, and it was significant statistically (P < 0.05). Conclusion The foreign IL-4 application decreased the inflamation factor through APTE and had protection function for pulmonary injury.关键词
