重症中暑患者CD14单核细胞HLA-DR表达的意义
The significance of the expression of CD14 monocytes HLA-DR in patients with heatstroke

Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression of CD14 monocytes HLA-DR in patients with heatstroke. Method Forty patients with severe heatstroke were studied. With flow cytometry,the CD14 monocytes HI.A-DR was measured and the receiver operating characteristic curves (ROC curve) was drew. The expression of CD 14 mononuclear cell HLA-DR was compared between those dead and survival patients. Result The CD 14 monocytes HLA-DR expression rate was (52.9 ± 10.8)% and(73.7 ± 11.0)% in dead and survival groups, respectively (P < 0.001 ). The area under the ROC curves in dead group was 0.967,the sensitivity and specificity were 96.7% and 100% in the best diagnostic points of 54.83%. Conclusion CD14 monocytes HLA-DR expression is a good indicator for clinical prognosis of patient with heatstroke. CD14VHLA-DR ^54.83% can be used as a prognostic indicator of death.关键词
