尿动力学检查诊断女性压力性尿失禁探讨77例
Significance of urodynamic examination in the diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence

Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of urodynamic examinations in the diagnosis of SUI. Methods Systemic urodynamic studies were performed in 77 patients with SUI. Among them,21 cases were detected the ALPP both in semirecumbent and standing position. Results Among 77 cases, 7 cases(9.1%) had unstable bladder (USB) . Urine leakage was determined in 61 cases (79.2%) by examination of ALPP; 35 cases (62.5%) were determined urine leakage in 56 cases at semirecumbent position, while 36 cases (85.7%) with urine leakage in 42 cases with standing position. 8 cases suffered from urine leakage at standing position, but not at semirecumbent position. The maximum urinary flow rate was (31.4 ± 11.3)( 16.3-70.1) mL/s, the detrusor pressure at maximum urinary flow rate was( 16 ± 8)(2~37) cmH2O. 33 cases were received surgery treatment. 21 cases were followed up. No urinary incontinence relapse in 16 cases, and improvement in 5 cases. Conclusions Urodynamic examinations help for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SUI, and they have directive significance to the surgery treatment. Exmination of ALPP at standing position can increase the accuracy of diagnosis.关键词
