连续性肾脏替代治疗对严重脓毒症患者外周血T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响
Effect of CRRT on immune function of peripheral blood T lymphocytes-mediated in patients with severe sepsis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of CRRT on immune function of peripheral blood T lymphocytes in patients with severe sepsis. Methods Eighty-five patients with severe sepsis were randomly divided into two groups: the CRRT treatment group and the control group, the patients in the CRRT group were received routine therapy and CRRT. Peripheral blood T lymphocytes were cultured and incubated with 20 μg/mL of phytohemagglutin(PHA) at 37℃ under 5% CO2. Cell proliferation was assessed by tetrazolium blue(MTT) assay 68 hours after PHA inc ubation. The IL-2 concentration in the supernatant fluid was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The recovery rate of patients in the CRRT group was 81.4% which was higher than 59.5% in the control group. Proliferation activity of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and IL-2 level in CRRT group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion CRRT can improve immune function of T lymphocyte in patients with severe sepsis, contributing to the treatment effect of patients with severe sepsis.关键词
