Abstract
Objective To study the protective effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) on myocardial damage in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACMP). Methods 93 patients with myocardial damage induced by ACMP were divided into treatment group (n = 52) and control group (n = 41). Conventional treatment was given to both groups, and the treatment group was treated with 1 800 mg of GSH once a day, additionally. The changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum (CK-MB) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) were analyzed. Results CK-MB as well as cTnI were all improved significantly in the treatment group, and the changes were superior to those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion GSH has the protective effect on myocardial damage induced by ACMP.关键词
