Mammotome微创旋切术加置管冲洗引流治疗慢性乳腺炎22例
Clinical controlled study of vaccum-assisted mammotome biopsy plus douching and drainage for the treatment of chronic mastitis

Abstract
Objective To study the optimization methods and operation skills in applying the vaccum-assisted mammotome biopsy plus douching and drainage to treat chronic mastitis. Methods Vaccum-assisted mammotome biopsy system was used to excise the localized lesions of the lump or abscess of chronic mastitis by ultrasound-guided, supplemented by douching and drainage. The therapeutic advantage of the optimization methods were analyzed by comparing with the traditional methods. Results The cure rate of the mammotome-treated group was 95.5% (21/22) , only one case had purulent secretion at five days after operation, resulting from inadequately drainage. This patient was healed after 22 days by expanding drainage incision. The average healing time of the mammotome-treated group was(9.36 ± 2.22)d; the recurrence rate was 4.5%(1/22). The cure rate of the traditional group (25 cases) was only 68.0% (17/25), significantly lower than that of the mammotome-treated group (x2 = 4.062,P < 0.05). The average healing time and the recurrence rate of the traditional group were (30.28 ± 11.51 )d and 32.0%, respecitively, significantly different (t'= -8.899,P< 0.01 for the average healing time; x2 = 4.062, P< 0.05 for the recuurence rate) from those of the the mammotome-treated group. Conclusion Vaccum-assisted mammotome biopsy system can completely remove the lump and abscess of chronic mastitis by ultrasound-guided, supplemented by douching and drainage, which effectively reduces the cure time and improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
