Abstract
Objective To discuss the changes and clinical significance of the medium of prethrombotic state (PTS) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 80 patients with COPD and 80 healthy controls were randomly selected. Fibrinogen(Fbg) , D-dimer(D-D) , C reative protein(CRP) , soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (SVCAM-1) level in plasma of the patients with COPD in acute exacerbations, remission stage and healthy controls were tested and compared, meanwhile, lung function and CAT scores were detected and compared, and performed linear correlation analysis. Results Fbg, D-D, CRP, SVCAM-1 level in patients with COPD were higher than those of healthy controls (P < 0.05) , and in acute exacerbation they were significantly higher than those in remission stage and healthy controls (P < 0.05) ; There were good correlations between lung function , CAT score and prethrombotic state media (P < 0.05) , and was positively correlative to FEV1 (P < 0.05) , in remission stage was -0.948,-0.852,-0.937, in acute exacerbation period was -0.640,-0.660,-0.990, was positively correlative to CAT scores (P < 0.05), in alleviated period was 0.900, 0.822 and 0.889, in acute exacerbation period was 0.617, 0.657, and 0.960 (P < 0.05). There were good correlations between CRP, prethrombotic state media, lung function and CAT scores (P < 0.05), in remission stage was -0.962, 0.925, 0.92, 0.865, 0.939, in acute exacerbation period was -0.984, 0.961, 0.617, 0.655, 0.986. There was good correlations in medias in prethrombotic state of COPD (P < 0.05). Conclusion There were systemic inflammation and PTS in patients with COPD, systemic inflammatory response help to form PTS, and is related to disease progress.
