疏血通治疗血透患者长期留置导管晚期功能不良
Shuxuetong for late dysfunction of tunneled cuffed catheters in patients receiving hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of shuxuetong on late dysfunction of tunneled cuffed catheters in patients underwent hemodialysis. Methods Patients who underwent hemodialysis, with late dysfunction of tunneled cuffed catheters, required repeatedly urokinase intracatheter thrombolysis therapy, in two dialysis centers from August 2010 to November 2011 were enrolled. After enrollment, in addition to unchanged basical therapy, 100 mL of 0.9% NS with 4 mL of shuxuetong were injected through the artery port at each hemodialysis procedure for 1 month. The frequency of urokinase intracatheter thrombolysis therapy and the total dosage of urokinase in 1 month, blood coagulation test results before and after the usage of shuxuetong, and the adverse reaction of medicine were recorded. Results 19 patients were enrolled. After the usage of shuxuetong, the frequency of urokinase intracatheter thrombolysis therapy was significantly decreased [ (1.21 ±0.54) times per month vs. (3.35 ±1.02) times per month, P = 0.01 ], the total dosage of urokinase was significantly decreased [ (16.78±9.36) ten thousand units per month vs. (60.62 ± 11.53) ten thousand units per month, P < 0.01], the blood coagulation test results were no significantly different, no bleeding complications were found. Conclusion Shuxuetong can reduce the frequency of urokinase intracatheter thrombolysis therapy and the total dosage of urokinase in hemodialysis patients with late dysfunction of tunneled cuffed catheters.关键词
