摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of palliative radiotherapy in combination with Elemene in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC). Methods Clinical data of 157 patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Among them,56 patients received palliative radiotherapy in combination with Elemene,35 received palliative radiotherapy in combination with chemotherapy, 39 received target treatment with Gefitinib and 27 received palliative radiotherapy alone, respectively. The survival of patients was analyzed with SPSS 11.0 software. Results For patients receiving palliative radiotherapy in combination with Elemene, palliative radiotherapy in combination with chemotherapy, target treatment with Gefitinib and palliative radiotherapy alone, the effective rates were 96. 4% ,77. 1% ,74. 4% ,66. 7% Respectively, (P <0. 05). The median survival time ( MST) was 14 months,8 months,8 months and 5 months,respectively (P <0. 05 ). One-year overall survival ( OS) was 71.4% , 44.0% ,41.8% ,21.6% (P=0.000) ,2-year OS,30.4% ,2.0% ,5.6% ,0.0% (P =0. 000) .respectively. Conclusion Palliative radiotherapy in combination with Elemene can relieve symptoms, improve survival and the quality of life in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.关键词
